Join UsThe Kabir Singh box office beast is getting bigger day by day. Shahid Kapoor starrer film has shattered the records of many big films in the past some days and with the days passing, it’s breaking more and bigger records.
The film is currently in the 3rd week and is still putting some strong numbers every day. On 3rd Monday, Kabir Singh earned 4.25 crores taking the 18-day total business to 239.97 crores.
The film is currently 12th highest grosser of all-time but as we write this article it has crossed the numbers of Simmba and even Krrish 3 which did a lifetime business of 240.22 crores and 240.50 crores respectively.
Now, this makes the film a 10th highest grosser of All Time and its next target is Uri: The Surgical Strike (244.06 crores). If Kabir Singh’s Tuesday business turns out to be little better than expected than the Uri record will be surpassed too which will also make it the highest grosser of 2019 so far.

Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor recently revealed that his wife Mira inspired him to do Kabir Singh. Talking to Hindustan Times, he said, “She was always very optimistic and believed that this is a character I should have in my filmography. We had watched Arjun Reddy together and she loved the director’s work and felt that the character had potential. And if we were able to get it right, it’d be a very special character in my life. So, Mira was very happy when she watched the film.”
