Kabir Singh Worldwide Collections: Yes, the updated overseas numbers of Kabir Singh are yet to flow in, but this Shahid Kapoor film has crossing milestones without it. Surpassing Salman Khan’s Race 3 and Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 (Hindi) at the worldwide box office, Kabir Singh is setting up the bar.
The movie has earned 226.11 crores at the Indian box office, which makes it gross figure to 266.80 crores. Adding the not-yet-updated overseas figures of 12 crores, it stands at the grand total of 278.80 crores.

It has beaten Salman Khan’s Race 3 (270.76 crores) and Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth’s 2.0 – Hindi (275 crores). The next target of the film is Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees which stands at 287.81 crores.

While Shahid has consistently been a critic favourite, Kabir Singh has been hailed his finest performance so far. The blockbuster even surpassed the lifetime collections of the original Arjun Reddy, in just two days, even breaking the release day collections of the actor’s previous hit Padmaavat.

Kabir Singh, also starring Kiara Advani, is a T-Series and Cine1 Studios presentation. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Ashwin Varde.
Murad shared that they initially planned to release the film in 2,500-2,800 screens pan India but “owing to the response we garnered in advance booking, we released the movie in 3,123 screens. The film is loved by all and we are happy with the massive response it is garnering in the international market too”. Ashwin added: “The commercial success is highly motivational and we hope the audiences keep pouring more love for the film.”
