Baahubali 2 Worldwide Box Office Collections: Knocks Down Aamir Khan’s PK

Baahubali 2 Worldwide Box Office Collections: After witnessing the craze amongst Indian audiences, Baahubali 2 is winning hearts in China too. The film has been released in China and it is doing well at the China box office.

On its second day in China, Baahubali 2 has raked in USD $ 2.94 million which takes the grand total to USD $ 5.37 million. Well, the film has had a minimal growth at the China box office. But nevertheless, it has managed to knock down Aamir Khan’s PK at the worldwide box office.

At the global level, PK stands at the total of 831.50 crore, whereas Baahubali 2 took the fourth position by raking in 866.13 crore.  In the overseas (including China) market, Baahubali 2 has collected 129.89 crore whereas Aamir Khan’s PK stands at 342.50 crore.

Talking about the Indian box office, Baahubali 2 is way ahead than PK. The former garnered a whopping amount of 511.30 crore and the latter stands at 339.50 crore.

Before releasing in China, Baahubali 2 released in Japan last year. Expressing the happiness, director SS Rajamouli had tweeted, “So happy to meet all the fans and film enthusiasts who made it to the ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion‘ screening in Tokyo, Japan last night. The love for movies surpasses boundaries. Happy day.”

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna and others, has reportedly completed its 100-day theatrical run successfully in Japan.
