Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 has crossed the 400 crore mark globally, and the film has shifted gears to enter the 500 crore mark soon and it would need another weekend only to touch this prestigious mark. Meanwhile, the domestic collection of the Kannada film is also close to 300 crore!

Both parts of Rishab Shetty’s film are now in the list of the top 3 Kannada grossers globally! In doing so, the superstar has pushed Kannada Rockstar Yash out of the top 3. Interestingly, Yash was ruling the spot since 2779 days at the box office.

Kantara Worldwide Box Office Pushes KGF Out!

KGF Chapter 1, with a worldwide gross collection of 228.58 crore, and KGF Chapter 2, with a worldwide gross collection of 1230 crore, have been ruling as the highest and third highest Kannada grossers at the worldwide box office. However, Kantara Chapter 1, with a worldwide gross collection of 406.2 crore, and Kantara, with a worldwide collection of 409.37 crore, are now in the top 3, ending Yash’s supremacy in the top 3.
