He had the best time in 2019, where he delivered not one or two but three 200 crore net grossers in the form of Mission Mangal, Housefull 4, and Good Newwz. However, after the pandemic, the actor isn’t having the best of his time.

Dry spell after Sooryavanshi

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Akshay Kumar has only delivered one successful film in the form of Sooryavanshi. Yes, OMG 2 was a success, too, but it didn’t feature Akshay in a main role and had Pankaj Tripathi in a lead role. Post Sooryavanshi, Akshay has witnessed a string of theatrical flops with Bachchhan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, Selfiee, and Mission Raniganj.
