Happy New Year Grosses Over 289 Crores Worldwide

Happy New Year is performing a little lower than expected in the domestic circuit but the overseas collections for the film have been good. The first week gross collections of the film stand at 227 crores at the domestic box office and it made a business of 62.50 crores in the overseas. The film has now grossed 289.50 crores worldwide.

The overseas collections of the film post its first week stand at 10.41 million. Happy New Year will soon be surpassing Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani among the worldwide grossers.

While the film will easily cross 300 crores worldwide, the film may have to wait a little longer to collect 200 crores at the India box office.
