Hi Amitabh Bachchan Sir, Social Media Is Trolling Viral KBC Kid Turning Him Most Hated
Amitabh Bachchan Was Interrupted By A Kid On KBC & The Internet Showed Him No Mercy! (Photo Credit – Youtube)

It has been a few days, and Social Media continues to turn a kid into a villain. A kid, who was probably overexcited, a little misbehaved for no fault of his, and a kid who experienced Karma, right on his face, during one of the episodes on Kaun Banega Crorepati. The internet and audiences were appalled when a child started heckling Amitabh Bachchan on the show!

The said viral episode on KBC witnessed a contestant, Ishit Bhatt, a 10-year-old fifth grader from Gujarat, who kept interrupting Amitabh Bachchan, displaying his bit arrogant and over-confident behavior. However, the child’s bold and dismissive interactions with Amitabh Bachchan led to heavy online trolling, making the child the most hated kid on the internet this week.

Definite Manner Crisis, But Why Blame The Child?

Now, I totally agree that there was a serious manner crisis when it comes to that child on Kaun Banega Crorepati. Be it him not letting Amitabh Bachchan speak or telling him, ek nahi chaar lock laga do lekin laga do. But what was instantly termed as arrogance could just as easily be interpreted as nervous energy, over-excitement, or an attempt to mask anxiety with an overly confident display of confidence.

Trolling A Minor – Necessary?

Honestly, there was no need to troll a minor and give him lessons in Karma, once he could not even reach Rs 25,000. At the most, the child was behaving like an over-enthusiastic kid, we see in every class, raising his hand high even before the teacher finishes the question! There was no need for all the hatred that was poured on him for misbehaving with THE Amitabh Bachchan!

And no, by no means, I am justifying the behavior of this child. In fact his parents should be questioned for his behavior, since this must not have been the first that the child might have embarrassed himself! But as per Indian families, this snappy tone might have been passed off as cute not realizing the repercussions on the child’s psyche!

Reality TV Has Been Behaving The Same Way!

Interestingly, this is not the first time a child has misbehaved with a senior on National Television. Ever since Reality TV has turned into drama, this nonsense has turned into a norm, but everyone passed it as cute since no one was trying to be oversmart with Bachchan Saab.

I wish that all of this trolling could have stopped and the only person who could have stopped it was Mr Bachchan himself! One social media tweet or post could have end the child’s online bullying! If only our superstar could have snapped at his audiences and asked them to stop in the same cold tone – Keh Diya Na, Bus Keh Diya!
