In the past year, Park Bo-Young has featured in back-to-back K-dramas, and each one showed her versatility in acting. Playing a character who goes through depression in Daily Dose of Sunshine, or portraying a girl who can see ghosts in Light Shop, or playing a role who fights with her emotions in Melo Movie – is not easy and quite taxing. Bo-Young is a very versatile and talented actress, but this amount of effort can drain one out, too.

In a recent conversation, the actress opened up about how she feels while filming for a drama and what she does to relieve her stress. But did you know the Strong Girl Bong Soon star goes to a hospital on her days off? Yes, that’s right. Scroll on to learn about her schedule.

Park Bo-Young recently appeared on Jung Jae-Hyung’s YouTube channel and sat at a restaurant for a talk. She shared that she is filming for The Unknown Seoul and “has no time to rest.” When the concerned host asked about her busy schedule and if she has anything next after that K-drama, the actress said, “Even when I do have a day off, it gets filled with going to the dermatologist, working out, or getting an IV drip at the hospital.”
