Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film opened to mixed to positive reviews from critics yesterday. Word-of-mouth is decent so far, and the main praise is coming in for the performances of Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, and Janki Bodiwala. Day 2 advance booking status
For day 1, Shaitaan sold tickets worth 4.20 crores gross. Today, instead of a dip, the film showed a growth of 19%, as before the first show started, and a gross sale of 5 crores was recorded for day 2. It comprises a count of over 1.96 lakh tickets.
