Ajay Devgn has started beasting at the box office with his newly released horror flick Shaitaan at the box office overseas. Helmed by Vikas Bahl, the film, also starring R Madhavan and Jyothika, has taken a jump of 64.74% from its opening day in major territories of the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
The horror flick earlier collected $295K on the opening day in the five major territories, and now, the second day has shown further growth with an impressive jump trending along the lines of Devgn’s previous superhit Drishyam 2.
On Day 2, Shaitaan collected around $486K from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. A major jump was witnessed in all the territories, which is a testimony to the fact that Ajay Devgn is beasting overseas as well.

Shaitaan Overseas Breakdown
While USA & Canada registered $230K on day one, they took a jump of a major 43% on day two. The UK registered a 45% growth, Australia witnessed a 50% increase, and New Zealand registered a growth of around 40% from day 1 to day 2. The numbers are expected to follow an upward trend overseas.

Shaitaan Worldwide Box Office Collection
While the film opened at 21.50 crore worldwide, the total worldwide collection after day 2 stands at 47.90 crore. The horror flick has collected 8 crore overseas in two days.
Shaitaan’s Half-Century In India
The horror flick has hit the ball out of the park in India as well, scoring more than half a century in its first weekend itself. The film was not expected to perform so well. After securing an opening of 15.21 crore, the psychological thriller registered phenomenal growth compared to Friday and earned in the range of 20 – 22 crore at the box office on Day 3.
