Heropanti had a good opening weekend at the box office. The film starring newbie Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon saw a great jump on its third day. After raking in 6.50 crores on Friday, 6.35 crores on Saturday and 8.15 crores on Sunday, it had a solid first weekend collection of 21 crores at the domestic box office.

Sunday saw a great footfall for Heropanti at majority of the circuits including Mumbai and other metros. The film has crossed the opening weekend figures of Yaariyan which was 19 crores. Yaariyan too being a new age, youth centric story, starring debutantes had a good run at the box office and same can be expected from Heropanti.

If the film keeps a steady pace over the week, Heropanti can mange to put up a decent one week figure at the domestic box office. With the rave reviews that the film’s lead pair have received from the film fraternity, Heropanti is expected to soar over the week.
