After his successful innings with Shaitaan, Ajay Devgn is all set to treat us with his Eidi, Maidaan. It is a biographical sports drama, based on the life of a football coach, Syed Abdul Rahim. The film also stars Priyamani and Gajraj Rao, among others. But do you know how much the actors are being paid in salary? Scroll below for an interesting insight!
Maidaan was originally scheduled to be released on April 10, 2024. However, due to the Eid holiday, the film has been postponed by a day and will now arrive on April 11. It will face a big clash with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s action thriller, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which is also slated for the same release date.

Gajraj Rao

Not much has been revealed about Gajraj Rao’s role in the film, but all we know is that he will play Parbhu Ghosh. The veteran star finally got his due credit in Badhaai Ho and has been in many Bollywood biggies, including Satyaprem Ki Katha, Lootcase, and Bholaa, among others.
As per TellyChakkar, Gajraj Rao took home a remuneration of 85 lakhs for his role in Maidaan.

Priyamani is the leading lady who plays the wife of Ajay Devgn in the Amit Ravindernath Sharma directorial. She will be seen in a limited but pivotal role. For the same, the actress has been reportedly paid a sum of 2 crores.
Rudranil Ghosh

Rudranil Ghosh is a household name in Bengali cinema. There isn’t much revealed about his character in Maidaan, but he’s reportedly been paid 20 lakhs for his supporting role.

After Shaitaan and Drishyam 2, Ajay Devgn seems to have hiked his fees and is taking home a staggering sum of 30 crores.
When compared, his salary is 1400% higher than the leading lady, Priyamani. Here’s hoping each and every penny will be worth it with earth-shattering box office collections and fantastic profits!
The film also stars Madhur Mittal, Manandeep Singh, Tejas Ravishankar, Chaitanya Sharma, Davinder Gill, Amartya Ray, and others, but their paychecks have not been revealed.
