After reigning over Bollywood, Madhuri Dixit has ventured into the real estate field. The actress has rented out her office space in Mumbai to a private company for a whopping amount. The deal was finalized in November.
Earlier in October, Madhuri had purchased a luxurious property in Mumbai, reportedly costing Rs 48 crore. With the move, the Dancing Queen has joined the list of Bollywood celebs who have invested heavily in real estate.
Madhuri Dixit Rents Mumbai Office Space for Rs. 3 Lakh Per Month
Madhuri Dixit’s office is located in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. On November 13th, the actress finalized a lease contract with a private company to rent the space for one year for Rs. 3 Lakh per month. After one year, the rent will be increased to Rs. 3.15 Lakh.
The property is spread over 1,594.24 square feet. In addition to the monthly rent, the company has paid Madhuri Rs. 9 Lakh as a security deposit. While the actress continues to make appearances in films, this rent will serve as a regular income for her.
In October, Madhuri made headlines for buying a Rs. 48 crore property in the Lower Parel locality. The lavish apartment, which is 5384 square feet and features seven parking spaces, is situated on the 53rd floor of the prestigious Indiabulls Blue project.
In the last few months, several celebs have ventured into the real estate market, including Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kareena Kapoor. Shahid Kapoor was also recently in the news for renting out his house in the Worli locality of Mumbai.
The actor leased the apartment for Rs. 20 Lakh per month. The contract was signed in November 2024, and the lease was given for five years. The tenant paid Rs. 1.23 crore as a fixed deposit to Shahid and his wife, Mira Kapoor.
On the work front, Madhuri was recently seen in the blockbuster horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 alongside Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Triptii Dimri. She will reportedly team up with Triptii again in Suresh Triveni’s next film.
