The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has affected the lives and livelihood of many people across the globe. Due to the impacts of the current pandemic, former WWE wrestler, Scott Steiner’s Shoney’s Kitchen & Bar is closing for good.

The current NWA pro wrestler and his wife Christa opened Shoney’s Kitchen & Bar in Acworth, Georgia in 2016. They opened the restaurant in their neighbourhood when an older Shoney’s was closing down. Scott Steiner famously enlisted the help of fellow former superstars like Kevin Nash to help its grand opening.

After four years of catering to fans and Georgian residents, the current pandemic and lockdown have resulted in the closing of the business. The news was announced on the official Facebook page of Scott Steiner’s restaurant. The post read: “We have closed this business due to COVID.19.”
