Her love for acting and dancing is universal, but now Madhuri Dixit reveals her love for jewellery. For her wedding, she insisted on wearing her grandmother’s saree and the traditional Maharashtrian nose ring called nath. Indian jewellery is her weakness, but her favourite piece of jewellery is something that was given to her by her sons on Mother’s Day – a delicate diamond ring.
Chatting with Madhuri about jewellery led her to reveal her spirituality when she dances. Wearing a Paithani saree, Madhuri kept all the people on the set mesmerised as she danced to some traditional Marathi beats for the ad shoot of PN Gadgill Jewellers.
The ad film maker had planned only 4 shots with Madhuri, but seeing her grace, the shots increased to 12. The ever professional Madhuri did not throw any tantrums, but gracefully did the bharatnatyam steps.
