As per a report by Times of India, leading experts in the trade industry have predicted Pushpa 2 will be a blockbuster at the box office. Multiple sources have projected an opening of 40-50 crores in Hindi alone. In terms of lifetime earnings, the numbers could go higher than 1000 crores.

Not just that, Ramesh Bala states Allu Arjun will become a bigger-than-ever star with the success of Pushpa: The Rule. Talking about the box office expectations, he said, “It can easily take an opening of 100 crore and can go upto a business of 1000 crores if the content is as good as Pushpa 1.”
Akshay Rathi added, “Going by the hype and euphoria, there is a bit of chance that it may be the solo release, subject to a lot of things moving around. There is a high chance that Pushpa 2 can open at 40- 50 crore in Hindi alone.”

Sukumar reprises his directorial role for Allu Arjun starrer. The ensemble cast also includes Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj, who were also a part of the first installment.
Pushpa 2 is slated for a theatrical release on August 15, 2024. It will face a box office clash with Rohit Shetty & Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again.
