The cut-out dress was from Thierry Mugler’s vintage spring/summer ‘98 collection, and it left very little to the imagination. The main element was on the upper half of the gown, where the detailing happened. Two velvety skimpy straps ran across Kim K’s b**bs and covered her n*pples. Two straps went around her neck, giving it a halter style detailing, and one ran across between the cl*avage, covering her torso.
