Today, we take you back to Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, an NBC special that featured Pete Davidson and streamed live from Miami, Florida, on Friday, December 31, 2021. That day, the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer almost flashed her b**bs to all present at the event and watching it on TV.
Given the pictures and videos that went viral on January 1, 2022, fans across the globe got to know that Miley Cyrus suffered a major wardrobe failure while co-hosting the NBC special with Davidson. As per reports, the wardrobe malfunction occurred when the Hannah Montana alum was closing her star-studded New Year’s Eve Party special with her hit single ‘Party In The USA’.
Mid-performance, Miley Cyrus’ barely-there silver top – that kind-off looked tattered and was held together by fine silver straps – came undone. The songstress immediately caught the top with her hands to keep her b**bs hidden from those present and continued singing like everything was going according to plan. A pro at handling anything that comes her way, Miley sang a few lines before turning her back to the fans, throwing the blouse aside and making her way backstage.
While she headed backstage for a quick – and much-needed wardrobe change, Miley’s band and backup singers continued with the performance. Moments later, the ‘Flowers’ singer re-emerged wearing a bright red blazer – with nothing inside, in place of her broken top. The singer thereafter joked that the topless blazer was the most clothed she’s ever been during a performance.
