Released amid negligible buzz, the film got good support from its targeted audience, and as a result, it crossed the 100 crore gross milestone at the worldwide box office in a quick time. The Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer is enjoying a smooth ride at the worldwide box office and in the next few days, it’ll be hitting the mark of 150 crores gross. Speaking about the breakdown, the film earned 80.33 crores net in 19 days in India. In gross, it equals 94.78 crores. In the overseas market, it has done a business of 38 crores gross. Combining both, the total stands at 132.78 crores gross at the worldwide box office.
After hitting the global milestone of 100 crore gross, this rom-com will soon become the second Bollywood film of 2024 to hit the mark of 150 crore gross. The first film to achieve this feat was Hrithik Roshan-led Fighter, and it still remains the only Bollywood film to hit that mark.
What’s next for the film
At the Indian box office, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya still has to mint moolah until Ajay Devgn-led Shaitaan arrives on 8th March. As Ajay’s horror thriller will take away a good chunk of screens, it’ll definitely have an impact on the rom-com. So, it might happen that it ends its run in the nervous 90s, and all eyes are set on how the upcoming weekend turns out for the film.
