Singham Returns after having a massive start on the opening day, maintained a good pace on its second day too. Being a sem-working day, the film saw a expected drop on Day 2. As per early estimates, Singham Returns collected in the range of 20-21 crores (approx) on the first Saturday, taking its Domestic total so far to 52-53 crores at the domestic box office.

The film remained strong in the circuits like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Rajasthan. A minor drop was expected on Saturday considering the opening day was the Independence day holiday.

Similar to the trends of Salman Khan’s Kick which also crossed the 50 crore mark in two days, Singham Returns seems to be going strong and could emerge as the Highest Grosser of Ajay Devgn.

The film is expected to pick up today at the multiplexes, over all giving Singham Returns an excellent first weekend business.
