In fact impressively, the film instead of having a drop, collected more on its Tuesday over the Monday collections, which is a good sign. Starring Surveen Chawla, Jay Bhanushali and Sushant Singh in lead roles, the revenge drama had created a good hype since it is a sequel to the previous Hate Story which had gathered good responses. The film performed well at single screens at start and further even picked up at multiplexes. Out of the three movies that released this week, Hate Story 2 has been performing the best.
The film has a few more days in hand to grab more business before the release of Salman Khan starrer Kick which will be sweeping all the screens this Friday.
