After crossing the 60 crores mark successfully in one week, the second weekend for Gunday was also a decent one. The film raked in 7.75 crores in its second weekend. It now stands at a total of 69.55 crores at the domestic box office. With a business of 100 crores worldwide, the Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra trio worked its charm at the domestic box office too.
The film fared well mainly in the metros yet, a drop of almost 80% was seen in its second week. Even though the film did not receive exceptionally rave reviews from the critics unanimously, it received good responses mainly in the North circuit. With the release of Highway, the film may have experienced less than desired footfall in the second weekend.

By the end of the second week, the film may cross 75 crores if it keeps up the steady pace. Overall the film may not turn out to be a top grosser. In fact the third week may incur a little more business if Highway fails to please the audiences which stands a good change given that t is a niche film.
