Filmistaan made a decent business on its 1st Monday at the domestic box office. The film collected 54.1 lacs on its fourth day. Surprisingly, Filmistaan saw a growth in collections since its opening day business. With this, the film now stands with a total collection of 3.35 crores at the domestic box office.

The film showed a different trend compared to majority of films which experience a drop on week days. Filmistaan on the other hand enjoyed a good Monday owing to its positive word of mouth and also the pricing of tickets being lower than weekends, the film received a good footfall on the week day.

Filmistaan‘s business was affected by the other release, Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Holiday which is enjoying a good a run at the box office currently.
