It’s another weekend, and Fighter is once again in flight mode! Yes, the film has picked up the pace yet again as it is enjoying its third weekend run at the worldwide box office. While the jump in India is really impressive, the performance in the overseas market, too, is really fascinating. In this journey, the biggie has now crossed Akshay Kumar’s highest-grossing film of all time and three more big Bollywood films.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film was shot on a huge scale and offers superior aerial action sequences for the first time in the history of Indian cinema. While the fresh approach of the content has received a big thumbs up, the magnum opus failed to reach a section of a wider audience, especially in the mass pockets.

Fighter’s run at the worldwide box office

Coming to the latest collection update, Fighter has amassed an estimated gross total of 230.39 crores at the Indian box office after a theatrical run of 17 days. It’s a good number in isolation but not up to the mark if one considers the scale and budget of the film. In the overseas market, the Hrithik Roshan factor has worked yet again, and the biggie is already a huge success with an estimated total of 94 crores gross already raked in.
