Ek Villain has maintained a good pace over the week and on its second Saturday too the film performed extremely well. It collected 5.15 crores on Day 9 i.e. yesterday, which is almost is a good jump from its 2nd Friday. In merely 9 days, the film stands at a total of 86.65 crores at the domestic box office.
The film received good responses in the North circuits and cities like Mumbai and Delhi were among the circuits that received the highest footfalls. Multiplexes fared extremely well for this film, right from the beginning.
Marching towards the coveted 100 crore club, it seems Ek Villain will be the fourth entrant into this year’s list. While the new releases Bobby Jasoos and Lekar Hum Deewana Dil have started off on a low key, it seems Ek Villain will continue to boast over the two and manage a good second weekend business.
