Padmaavat at the box office is proving to be an undisputed king of 2018. Also starring Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor, Padmaavat now is highest grossing movie of all the three stars. It’s Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut entrant in 200 crore club, deservingly.
The movie has collected 5.50 crores on its 2nd Wednesday and now stands at the grand total of 231 crores. Shah Rukh Khan & Deepika Padukone’s Chennai Express had collected 226.70 in its lifetime. Padmaavat, enjoying a extended Republic Day weekend plus paid previews has crossed Chennai Express‘ lifetime collections in just 2 weeks of its release.
