The year has been full of hits and misses and while the last month seemed really dull with major flops, Aamir Khan’s PK swept off this gloom with its smashing performance in the last week. Shah Rukh Khan post his film Happy New Year made it to the 200 crore club, has been on the top position. Aamir Khan is currently 100 points away from SRK and may overtake him to become the contender.

Each Top 10 Overseas club movie has been given 50 points. So the number of movies in the Overseas list multiplied by 50 gives power points for Top 10 overseas presence.
Sum of all the above points is the Total Box Office Power Index Points.
When there is tie between 2 stars’ Box Office Power Index Points, then they are placed in the Box Office Power Index Position based on the collections of their respective film.
Total Box Office Power Index Points leads to Box Office Power Index Position rating.
