Looks like the days of superheroes and super cops are back; it’s like the 80s all over again! Here are some of the Bollywood cop acts that we are looking forward to:

Salman Khan In Dabangg 2
While Salman has played the saviour in khaki before in Wanted and Garv: Pride & Honour, it was the fearless Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg that had us cheering and whistling for the moustachioed, Ray-Ban toting cop from the hinterlands of India. Salman Khan fit the role of the corrupt-cop-with-a-heart-of-gold so well that we couldn’t help but wait for the sequel. With the pretty Sonakshi Sinha by his side, we’re hoping the sequel Dabangg 2 will have more action and dialogues that will blow our mind away.

Ajay Devgan In Singham
Taking a cue from Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan too is sporting shades for his role as the tough cop in Rohit Shetty’s Singham. But unlike Aamir or Salman, we don’t think Ajay will go for the uniform again. He has played a police officer before in Gangaajal, Sunday, Insan and Masti.

Aamir Khan In Zakhmi
Finally we get to see Aamir Khan flaunt his muscles as a top-shot cop in Reema Kagti’s Zakhmi. And unlike Sarfarosh, we think Aamir will use his own “ways” to deal with anti-social elements in this film. And he’s tagged with the gorgeous ladies Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor in this one, so its just all the more interesting.
