For all those who felt that Salman Khan’s Ready would be a soda bottle (take a good start on Friday and then fizzle out on Monday) this should be shocking news. And for millions of fans of Salman Khan across the globe this should be music to their ears.

‘Ready’ made around Rs. 7.5 crore (75 million) in net box-office collections on Monday, which any trade person would endorse as excellent, especially given that the film had a very good weekend at the box-office, raking in Rs. 40 crore (400 million).

The film is expected to continue its good run at the box-office.
