The 50 year old ‘PK‘ actor Aamir Khan is currently in Ludhiana, shooting for his upcoming biographical sports drama ‘Dangal‘. He essays the character of a wrestler and hence is currently undergoing rigorous training. Guess who is giving him guidance for the same? It’s Mahesh Bhatt’s son Rahul Bhatt.
We hear, Aamir has known Rahul since his childhood when he used to hangout on the sets of ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi‘ with his father Mahesh Bhatt. Rahul Bhatt who has now grown up to be one of the finest fitness physical trainers in Mumbai, so Aamir thought he is the person who can help him develop two distinct body types for his wrestler role in the film.
Rahul Bhatt is now staying in the same hotel with Aamir Khan in Ludhiana. A source close to the film said that Rahul trains Aamir for around 90 minutes daily. This rigorous training includes very intense exercises which involves Myofibril-based strength work-outs .
Aamir Khan is currently training with Rahul for his 45 year old bulky character and later he’ll undergo training to look 25. For both the looks Rahul Bhatt has designed a strict fitness regime for Aamir Khan.
‘Dangal‘ which is directed by ‘Bhoothnath Returns‘ director Nitesh Tiwari is slated to release on 23rd December 2016.
