Khiladi Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest B-Town actors and no one would negate to that point. But now fit Akki needs to go fitter for the much talked about Thuppakki remake by A R Murugadoss. According to a leading daily, Akshay has been requested by Murugadoss to get into a leaner shape to be fit enough to don the role of the Army officer, who is 12 years younger to Akshay Kumar’s present age.
Yes! Now lean Akshay has to lose around 7 kilos, that too in two weeks. Reason being that the film is to go on the floors this Christmas week, as post Ghajini, Murugadoss considers it to be lucky around in the December month. Hence Akshay gleefully gratified Murugadoss and the shooting is to commence soon.
About Akshay’s look, it is evident that he would be sporting a crew-cut and would get into the avatar of an Army Jawan. And Murugadoss wishes to leave no stone unturned in presenting before all a very convincing Army Captain, who would look and act like a real soldier. Akshay with his prior knowledge of Martial arts perfectly moulds into the role and with Murugadoss mentoring, he would be required to polish his skills.
All would be expectant to see how Akshay would overcome the hurdle of losing around 7 kgs in just two weeks. But its Khiladi Kumar we are talking about who loves challenges and eases out all barriers to get whatever he determines to.
