Aamir Khan will make a small appearance in Delhi Belly.
Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly was applied for censorship on 18th April, 2011. It would be interesting to note what censors offer the film, which is replete with four-letter words. Starring Aamir’s nephew, Imran Khan, and directed by Abhinay Deo, ‘Delhi Belly’ is due for release on 1st July. Surprise, surprise. There is a song picturised on Aamir Khan in the last part of the film!
Aditya Chopra’s foray into production of films for the youth (Y-Films) got off to a flying start with the release of the music of his first film, Luv Ka The End, on 19th April. Ram Sampath has scored the music while lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Shah Rukh Khan is not producing 'Men Will Be Men'.
Out of the blue, the release of a film, Men Will Be Men, was announced for next week (29th April). There’s a misconception that this film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan. The fact is, it is line-produced by Khan’s company Red Chillies Idiot Box. The production is of Seagram (a company that produces alcoholic drinks) and the film gets its title from the tagline of the company’s whisky brand, Imperial Blue.
The music of Ekta Kapoor’s Ragini MMSwas released on 19th April in Bombay. Dad Jeetendra was present by Ekta’s side at the audio release function. The music of the film is scored by Faizan-Agnel and Shamir Tandon.
Rohan Sippy lost the case filed against his film, Dum Maaro Dum, by Frankfinn, an institute of air hostess training. The producers of the film reportedly admitted to tampering with the Frankfinn Logo and agree to effectively blur and mask the logo before its worldwide release today (22nd April).
