After Badla and Game Over, Taapsee Pannu has given yet another amazing film with Mission Manhgal in 2019. The audience is loving the Pink actress’s choice of films and how she is taking unconventional, diverse and challenging roles.
When I asked Taapsee about her thoughts on Mission Mangal‘s success and how 2019 has panned for her so far, the actress said this year has been quite validating for her.

Taapsee Pannu shared, “It’s been quite a validating year for me with my films. Every film I chose for this year was different from the other and it was in a way challenge for me to see how they are received because all of them had not so conventional concepts and ideas. I am very happy that the audience is resonating my feelings and this gives me the confidence to further push the envelope for next year.”

The actress further said, “I am yet to see the result of the last movie for this year, Saand Ki Aankh which is yet another experiment of sorts and my career’s toughest role by far. I am hoping for a Happy Diwali for me and my entire team this year.”
Saand Ki Aankh also stars Bhumi Pednekar along with Taapsee Pannu and the film is a biopic based on the lives of Chandroo Toma (Shooter Dadi) and her sister in law Prakashi Tomar (Revolver Dadi) from Uttar Pradesh. The teaser was released a few months ago and the audience couldn’t stop raving about Taapsee and Bhumi’s badass avatars.

About Saand Ki Aankh, the Badla actress said, “I am just waiting now for the film and trailer to get ready. Teaser has helped us build intrigue in the audience now we have to deliver the product hopefully above their expectations. I am going to be very anxious about this one.”
Saand Ki Aankh will hit the screens on October 25, 2019.
