Ali Fazal & Richa Chadha Postpone Their Wedding To 2021 Due To Pandemic

Just like all of us, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are also victims of the pandemic who had to cancel their plans. The duo was all set to take the nuptial plunge this year, but the pandemic pushed things ahead to the end of the year. But if the latest reports are to go by, the duo has postponed their wedding to 2021.

For the unversed, love birds Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha were set to get married in April this year. But the pandemic hit shores, and all the plans went for a toss. Later it was revealed that they might get married by the end of the year. But now as per reports, Richa feels with no vaccine in sight and the pandemic still strong, it is still impossible.

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Richa Chadha said, “So, it is only pragmatic to push the wedding to the coming year in the interest of everyone who would wish to attend.”

Recently, Richa and Ali Fazal had revealed how they had planned a massive affair with three cities involved (Mumbai, Delhi and Lucknow). But everything came to a halt. Talking to the tabloid, then Ali had said, “Let’s see when we are able to accept the new normal, then, we will decide on a date, maybe early next year.”

“We came up with that plan only so our relatives wouldn’t have to travel. We wanted to tackle each side in their own city,” Ali Fazal added about sticking to the plan.
