Join UsShootout At Wadala director Sanjay Gupta feels it is unjustified to spread rumours and clarifies that Kangna Ranaut, missing so far from the film’s promotions, will soon be seen promoting the crime thriller.
Reportedly, the actress is unhappy with the way she has been sidelined to favour Priyanka Chopra and Sunny Leone, both of whom have much-publicised item numbers in the film.
When asked, Gupta got upset. “I also read this morning.. You all are the media and you all have a very, very strong weapon in your hand, which could be a source, insider, friend, somebody from there… the person is never named.”
“So, it’s very convenient to cook up a story and then say, insider tells us the story, source tells us this. Name the source,” he added.
