Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, known for making rustic, village-based dramas Omkara, Ishqiya, Maqbool, Makdee and the latest Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, says he wants to shoot abroad someday.
“It (India) is a beautiful country and can be explored endlessly. That is the reason why I have never been able to go outside India to shoot a film. I am also eager to shoot in UK, US or Switzerland. They are such great holidays,” the 47-year-old said here on Tuesday at a promotional press conference of Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola.
