Yash Chopra and Disney’s Roadside Romeo may not have worked at the box-office but it recently picked up an award. The animation film, directed by Jugal Hansraj, won the Special Children’s International Jury prize for Animation Films at The Cairo International Film Festival for Children 2010. The award was received on 11th March by the Indian ambassador to Egypt, R. Swaminathan, on behalf of Yash Chopra. It was handed over to Chopra on 19th March in India by Gaurang Jalan, advisor and representative of the Festival in India.
