They say the power of manifestation is magical. If you really want something, then keep asking it from the Universe, and the Universe truly conspires. Sometimes, in a much better way than you thought. At least for Indian Idol 1’s rejected contestant Neha Kakkar, who went on to earn 500% higher from the singing reality show’s winning prize 1 crore!

Neha, whose claim to fame in 2004 was Sonu Kakkar’s sister – the girl who shot to fame singing Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo! However, she did not make it to the final 10 and was rejected from the show in the initial rounds.

Neha Kakkar did not lose hope and participated in the second season. This time, she made it to the final 10 but disappointingly finished 10th! She was the first contestant to get eliminated from the top 10.
