Shruti Sharma is enjoying a lot of limelight currently. All thanks to her newly-released Colors TV show, Namak Ishq Ka. The actress portrays the role of a dancer, Chamcham, who finds it difficult to be accepted in the society. She has been paired opposite Aditya Ojha in the serial.
Koimoi recently got into an exclusive conversation with Shruti. She spoke to us in length about being scared if the unique and strong concept of Namak Ishq Ka will be accepted by the audience. But what has grabbed our eyeballs is her reaction to dating Gathbandhan co-star Abrar Qazi.
For the unversed, Shruti Sharma for long has been said to be dating with Abrar Qazi. The couple reportedly fell in love while working together on their show, Gathbandhan. In fact, the moment they met each other after the lockdown and their adorable pictures were the talk of the town in itself.
We asked Shruti Sharma about Abrar Qazi’s reaction to her promos in Namak Ishq Ka and mentioned how adorable of a pair they made. To this, the actress replied, “Me and Abrar are very good friends, and I am glad that he loved the promo & episode as well. He was very excited for this one.”
Furthermore, upon being asked if the pandemic was a blessing for them like most couples, Shruti restricted to herself. She answered, “It was a blessing as I worked on myself but emotionally it was difficult.”
Well, that did leave us confused.
For the longest time, Shruti Sharma and Abrar Qazi have been posting pictures with each other. Time and again, they are seen catching up with each other. In fact, even their latest Diwali post made fans go in awe of the couple.
