The nominations are here, along with the names of the celebrity presenters at the ceremony. Anime shows like Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc, Chainsaw Man, and more have been nominated along with several other popular series.
The streaming giant honors several anime across over thirty categories. Celebrities like Megan Thee Stallion, The Marvels’ Iman Vellani, and others will be present at the event to present the awards to the talented artists. Scroll below for more.
Voice actress Sally Amaki and entertainer Jon Kabira will host the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards. Sony Group and Corporation’s Kenichiro Yoshida will deliver the opening remarks. Megan Thee Stallion said that watching anime is one of her favorite things to do. She added, “I love cosplaying all of my favorite characters, I love the storytelling, and I love getting inspiration from the different anime art styles! I’m really excited for the opportunity to attend and present an award at this year’s Crunchyroll Anime Awards. I’m looking forward to traveling to Tokyo and joining my fellow anime lovers as we celebrate and honor the best anime creators and shows in the world.”
