Tollywood superstar and politician Pawan Kalyan who is making his comeback in films after a long gap of two years, has been making headlines following his much-anticipated release Vakeel Saab. The film happens to be a Telugu remake of 2016 released Bollywood hit, Pink.
The latest update regarding the courtroom drama is, as per filmibeat.com, the Pawan Kalyan starrer has come to halt because of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Some crucial portions of the Pawan Kalyan starrer is yet to be filmed. The same report also mentions that there possibilities of the film’s release date getting postponed. The film was originally slated to release on 15th May, but following the outbreak of Coronavirus, the shoot of remaining portions and its post productional work may get hampered.
In Vakeel Saab Pawan Kalyan reprises the role of a fierce lawyer which Amitabh Bachchan had played in the original.
Vakeel Saab has actress Nivetha Thomas as its leading lady along with Anjali and Ananya in pivotal roles.

So far the first look poster and song Maguva Maguva has been well received by the audience.
The Pawan Kalyan starrer is helmed by Venu Sriram and is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and Dil Raju under the Projects LLP and Sri Venkateswara Creations banners.
Music for the film will be composed by S. Thaman.
