Directed by the brilliant SS Rajamouli, this epic historical action drama franchise won praise for its grandeur and also captivated movie-going audiences with its storytelling and performances. A lot of Indian celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan and Allu Arjun praised both films and acknowledged their enormous contribution to the film industry.

The actor said, “Prabhas is worthy of each and every bit of appreciation he got for Baahubali. He could have scored numerous blockbusters in a span of five years after Mirchi. Of the five years he dedicated for Baahubali, he could have relaxed for three and a half years after working for one and a half years had he done commercial films. His sacrifice and determination is to be commended.”
