Ajay Devgn is on a roll with his film Raid 2, impressing the audience, and his production venture Maa is gaining enough buzz. Now, the actor is gearing up for his next Son Of Sardaar 2. The teaser of the film has dropped with the tagline – ‘One Sardaar, one shaadi, and a double dose of desi mayhem.’

The glimpses of Ajay Devgn in the 49-second teaser last for a good 30 seconds, and it is funny enough! Though there are no dialogues or gigs, the entire vibe of the teaser is funny, featuring the Shaitaan superstar in a Pagdi who looks like he is just a blink away from doing something comical!

Son Of Sardaar 2 teaser introduces its characters in a lively setting of a wedding and ends with a question – He survived Punjab. Will he survive Scotland? Ajay Devgn in a pagdi seems funny without a single dialogue delivery highlighting his comic streak!

The end shot of the teaser shows Ajay Devgn balancing himself on two cannons, reminding him of his debut film Phool Aur Kaante, where he entered the silver screen balancing himself on two bikes, and ever since, it became his iconic and signature shot!

The background music adds a perfect layer of excitement to the film, and the teaser is making me smile for no specific reason. Probably just to see a fun film after a while without any adult or vulgar jokes added for laughs (Hopefully)!

Ajay Devgn in his pagdi avatar in Son Of Sardaar 2 is definitely a treat to watch, and I already have a feeling he might nail this one, too, since people need a breath of fresh air on screen apart from the regular chest-thumping action heroes who have been ruling since the last few years.

Helmed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, N R Pachisia & Pravin Talreja, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, and releases on July 25, 2025.
