In an interview with the New York Times, Amy Pascal once revealed advising Zendaya and Tom Holland not to get romantically involved in real life. She warned them when they were cast in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Amy said, “I took Tom and Zendaya aside separately when we first cast them and gave them a lecture. Don’t go there — just don’t. Try not to.” She also mentioned that she gave a bit of similar advice to Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone.
Amy explained, “I gave the same advice to Andrew and Emma. It can just complicate things, you know? And they all ignored me.” Andrew and Emma’s fans were left heartbroken when the couple broke up. The netizens love Tom Holland and Zendaya and always gush over their pictures on social media. A few days back, the Dune: Part Two star unfollowed everyone including her beau Tom on Instagram, which sparked their breakup rumors, leaving fans under total stress.
For the unversed, the pair were linked together while filming their first Marvel movie, but their relationship allegedly started around 2021. In July, they were spotted kissing, and soon after that, they started making public appearances together and popped up in each other’s social media posts.
But it is time to put all those rumors to rest as the power couple were seen attending Zendaya’s film Dune: Part Two’s premiere in London. The paps caught the couple leaving the venue with their security team. Tom led the way and was heard apologizing to the fans approaching the actress for autographs. He held her by the waist as she entered their car. Their fans must breathe a sigh of relief after seeing them together in public again.
On the work front, Tom Holland will reportedly return for the fourth Spider-Man movie, but it is unclear whether Zendaya’s MJ will be a part of it because of the memory-erasing spell in No Way Home.
