Yes! A major box office clash has been averted and there is only one man we can thank for this. Director Rohit Shetty has graciously announced that his film, Golmaal 4 will not clash with Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0.

The director himself is a big fan of Rajnikanth and this gesture just proved that. Earlier, both the films were announced to release over Diwali 2017. Reports suggest that Golmaal 4 may now release two weeks before 2.0.

2.0‘s producer, took to Twitter to confirm that the clash has been averted and thanked Rohit Shetty for the same.

Since the first installment, Robot met with huge success, 2.0 is expected to make it big too.

Golmaal 4 on the other hand is coming from a big franchise too and this time has Parineeti Chopra joining Ajay Devgn for the first time.
