Mammootty and Jiiva’s movie Yatra 2 was released on February 8th, while Ravi Teja’s Eagle was released a day later on February 9th. Though both films received mixed reviews from critics, the audience’s preference was evident. They clearly showed which movie they preferred watching in theatres. Keep reading to find out more!

Eagle made its mark at the box office with an opening collection of 6.2 crore. However, the film showed a downward trend with 5 crore collections on Day 2, followed by a further drop on Day 3 with 4.85 crore collections. Despite the drop, the collections stabilized at 1.55 crore on Monday, 1.40 crore on Tuesday, and 1.45 crore on Wednesday, with the collections dropping with the usual weekday trend. On Thursday, the film saw a 17% drop in collections, with only 1.2 crore collected on Day 7 (Thursday) at the domestic box office.

Currently, the movie stands at a net India total of 21.65 crore. Out of which, 20.9 crore of business is from the Telugu version, and 0.75 crore is from the Hindi version.
