With 181.46 crore in its kitty, the film has done the unthinkable and crossed Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif’s biggie Bang Bang [181 crore]. The next major milestone is Bajirao Mastani [188 crore] and while that seemed impossible till now, one can never know how the film does in its seventh weekend.
If it hangs on well there, despite huge reduction in shows, this animation film could well create history.
The Jungle Book is directed by Jon Favreau and it narrates the story of Mowgli in the jungle with other animals.
