Alia Bhatt and Raazi – A combo Bollywood rarely witness these days. But 2018 has been an amazing year for Bollywood releases, Akshay Kumar’s PadMan, Ajay Devgn’s Raid, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Hichki, 102 Not Out and now Raazi; it’s been a dream run at the box office.

Raazi till now has collected 82.03 crores at the box office and has been continuing its golden run. It collected 3.70 crores on its 2nd day which is a very good number for a movie such as this. The movie has grown entirely on the superb word of mouth and has been trending well since day 1.

Based on Harinder Sikka’s book Calling Sehmat, the story of Raazi revolves around a young Kashmiri girl who gets married to a Pakistani Army officer and becomes a spy to give inside information about the neighbouring country to protect her own.

Alia Bhatt plays Sehmat in the film while Vicky Kaushal essays the Pakistani officer’s role.
