Tiger Shroff is facing disappointment for the first time in his career. After Heropanti and Baaghi, there was good fan following that the youngster had managed to build. It was expected that with A Flying Jatt belonging to the action genre as well, Tiger could well be scoring a hat-trick here. However that hasn’t quite happened as the film slid during the weekdays after a reasonably decent weekend. As a result, the first week collections stand at 36.85 crore which is much lower than what was expected.
As a matter of fact, it had seemed that kids had caught fantasy for this superhero action affair. However, since the Remo D’Souza film hasn’t really held well after some jump in collections on Saturday and Sunday, it is clear that it has been given a cold shoulder. Though the entire stage was set wide open for the film, the outcome hasn’t been positive.

In the superhero genre, this film was one of the most economical ever made as the cost was kept under check and still, decent to good VFX was provided. However, given the number of Hollywood superhero films that are made (and the scale that they carry), one wonders if other than Krissh 4 there would be any other superhero film that would be made soon. Even if that happens, rest assured it would need a heavy budget to stand up to the global competition.
*Final numbers awaited
