There is always some ongoing drama fans notice around Aishwarya Rai. Amid divorce rumors about Abhishek Bachchan, her allegedly estranged relationship with her sister-in-law, Shrima Rai, came to light. There seem to be evident issues as Shrima does not follow Aishwarya on Instagram. This update comes shortly after her recent spat with a fan, who asked her why she does not post any picture of the Dhoom 2 actress or her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.
Shrima Rai also triggered fans of Aishwarya Rai as she flaunted flowers sent by Shweta Bachchan on her Instagram stories. Aish’s absence from Bachchan’s family photos has previously raised speculations that she is facing rifts with Abhishek’s sister and mother, Jaya Bachchan.
There’s also an interesting twist in the tale. We cross-checked, and Shrima Rai seems to be a big fan of the Bachchans. To begin with, she follows the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. She also follows Aishwarya Rai’s husband, Abhishek Bachchan. The list does not end there. She also follows Shweta Bachchan and her two children – Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda.
However, it is to be noted that none of Aishwarya’s in-laws follow her back.
Shweta Bachchan sent flowers to Aishwarya’s sister-in-law
The entire drama began when fans noticed that Abhishek‘s sister had sent followers to Shrima Rai on her birthday. This move also drew massive social media backlash as many claimed the two alleged enemies were teaming up together for their mutual dislike of Aishwarya Rai.
Many even targeted Shrima and said her entire existence as a content creator stems from her connection to Aish. There are also allegations that she tried to get many brand deals by making brands aware of her Bollywood connection. She clapped back in a detailed Instagram post, “Before I became blogger/ content creator, I was banker in wealth management for several years. I have also been a Gladrags Mrs India Globe 2009. Post 2017, I transitioned into blogging. I have never tried to open any business with anyone’s name.”
